S@rcat : Corporate register of entry and exit of documents from the Generalitat de Catalunya.
User: Anyone who uses the electronic wallet
Holder of the wallet: It is that user who can be the sender or receiver, but can also configure one or more collaborating users in their wallet, with the purpose of managing their electronic wallets with certain permissions.
Collaborating user : It is that user who has been designated by a registered user to manage their bags, with certain permissions. A user can be a collaborator of more than one owner, in which case he will be able to manage the suitcases of each of them, according to the permissions they have given him.
The contributing user can:
• Prepare suitcases on behalf of their owner,
• Read the suitcases that the holder receives if they are not confidential,
And if the position gives the corresponding permissions at the time of defining the collaborating user, it can also
• Send suitcases in the name of the owner without his approval
Sender / receiver user: It is the user who, as the name indicates, sends or receives the electronic wallet, and who will be associated with the exit (when sender)/entry (when receiver) entry in the register.
Visualizing user: It is that user who has defined the issuer of a suitcase so that the Recipient can view it without being the recipient . This user also has the following characteristics:
• You cannot refuse a suitcase.
• When a wallet has been read, a read notification is not sent to the sender.
• The suitcase addressed to him has not been registered by S@rcat, since he is not the Recipient .
