It is not essential. If the T-CAT is not used, the suitcase will be automatically signed with an electronic seal certificate loaded in the application. If you want to sign with T-CAT, you must indicate this in the option shown at the end of the wallet creation plan. In the configuration plane, you can mark that this option appears checked by default.
