In order to be able to send a suitcase to a specific recipient, it is necessary that its minor GICAR unit is created in the tool. If the user does not have this data reported, the system does not allow him to send anything.
The easiest way for this minor drive to be created is for it to be done automatically the moment any user of it accesses the tool, so if you can contact them and ask them to simply log in with their credentials, from at that moment the warning will no longer appear as the corresponding minor unit does not exist.
In the event that you do not have the possibility to request this first access to any user of the required minor unit, contact the AOC Consortium User Service Center , informing them of the minor unit code that must be added.
